Three courses at the IUT de Blagnac (DUT Informatique), spread over six years of teaching alongside client work — 2012–2015, then 2018–2020.

C, for first-year students, meant teaching the very first steps of programming to people who had never written a line of code. Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) came next: a classic project course, this time for students who already knew how to code. Agile, for second-years, was the closest to my day job: each group took over an existing project and had to ship it the Scrum way — tickets, planning poker — while the lectures were built on what companies actually do, straight from mission experience, which is exactly what the university had asked for.

The format was hands-on throughout: two-hour sessions, semester-long lab work, every assignment reviewed and graded — one or two classes of twenty students a year.
