Three courses at the IUT de Blagnac (DUT Informatique), spread over six years of teaching alongside client work: 2012–2015, then 2018–2020.

C, for first-year students, meant teaching the very first steps of programming to people who had never written a line of code. Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) came next: a classic project course, this time for students who already knew how to code. Agile, for second-years, was the closest to my day job: each group took over an existing project and had to ship it the Scrum way (tickets, planning poker), while the lectures were built on what companies actually do, straight from mission experience, which is exactly what the university had asked for.

The format was hands-on throughout: two-hour sessions, semester-long lab work, every assignment reviewed and graded, for one or two classes of twenty students a year.
